Tra la numerose tecnologie cibernetiche, che hanno permesso lo sviluppo di nuove sensorialità vengono qui trattati in breve, tramite l'analisi dei loro principali elementi costituenti, il "North Sense" e l' "Eyeborg".

NORTH SENSE

Elementi principali che costituiscono il North Sense sono:

-Un chip in silicone

-Piercing, attraverso i quali il chip viene applicato alla pelle
 

Caratteristica interessante del chip è che non ha necessità di utilizzare connessione ad internet ma vibra nel momento in cui si è allineati con il polo magnetico terrestre.

EYEBORG

L'eyeborg è formato:

-Un'antenna 

-Un sensore montato sulla testa che converte i colori in onde sonore. 

-Un microchip 

-Una videocamera

Our ability to sense things forms the core of every experience, but the five senses we have do not truly maximise our experience of the world. They are not even close.

There are things we cannot hear, see, touch, taste or smell. When we think we have established our environment, we have merely accessed a fraction. Science tells us that we as humans are limited to perceiving only a narrow segment of our surroundings. How would it feel to increase the width of our sensual capabilities?

Scott and Liviu discuss the senses, and how North Sense has changed their understanding of the world.
